What this covers

This is the website for The Woods + Sidebar at 17 N Poplar Street, Oxford, Ohio. It asks for personal information in exactly one place: the rental inquiry form.

What the form collects

Only what you type into it — which space you are asking about, your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry (the date you have in mind, a start time if you give one, a rough guest count, the occasion, and anything you add in the details field). Nothing is collected unless you choose to submit the form.

How it is used

Your submission is used to read and reply to your inquiry, and for nothing else. Submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms, the form service of Netlify, which hosts this website and processes each submission so we can receive it. What you send is not sold.

What this site does not do

There are no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies on this site. Nothing you do here is shared with a third-party tracker.

Fonts and the map

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and the map on the Find Us section loads its tiles from OpenStreetMap when you scroll near it. Like any web request, those are handled by Google's and OpenStreetMap's servers and include your device's IP address.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle them and to keep ordinary business records.
